Make Sure You Get Advice From Someone Who is Qualified to Give it
Before you go taking just anyone’s advice for mortgages, it would be worth your while to check their qualifications. Find out if the person you’re dealing with has the experience and background to be giving you advice that can potentially affect the rest of your life.
I have been a mortgage loan specialist and mortgage product expert since 1994. Here are some additional qualifications:

  • I have spent years reading countless mortgage related manuals, product guidelines, news releases, articles and books.
  • I have attended seminars given by some of the most well known mortgage speakers in the United States.
  • I have been responsible for managing relationships with more than 50 investors.
  • I have been responsible for finding the best investor and mortgage program for more than 1000 clients each year!
  • For more than 10 years, I worked in an advisory position for 2 of the top 200 mortgage originators in the United States.
  • Well known locally in Michigan as well as on the Internet for mortgage articles and advice.

I hope you find my experiences to be strong enough proof of my qualifications. If you have any questions, need advice, or would like to apply with me, please give me a call.
